Project Scope

1. Digital Waivers with Wet Signatures

• Implement a wet signature capture method that ensures authentic, legally binding digital signatures.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards such as the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
