Introduction

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope, objectives, and deliverables required for developing and integrating digital waivers with wet signatures, a backend database, and an online booking and scheduling system into an existing WordPress site.

Project Scope

1. Digital Waivers with Wet Signatures

  • Develop an online waiver system that allows users to complete and sign waivers electronically.

  • Features include:

    • Admin dashboard for managing bookings.
    • Payment gateway integration for paid appointments.
